This exceptional porcelain garden table presents a sophisticated study in monochromatic elegance, blending traditional Eastern iconography with a classic European silhouette. The circular top features an expansive, hand-painted mountainous landscape in deep cobalt blue, depicting a serene vista of cascading waterfalls and scholar’s pavilions. This central scene is supported by a tapered, baluster-form pedestal base adorned with stylized foliate scrolls and ruyi-inspired motifs reminiscent of eighteenth-century Delftware and European export porcelain. Its graceful lines and high-contrast palette make it a versatile statement piece, bridging the gap between antique charm and contemporary coastal or maximalist interiors. The table remains in great vintage condition, exhibiting light, authentic crazing to the glaze which adds a desirable antique patina and character to the ceramic body.
