2 Cups Corn Masa Flour
1 ½ Fresh Beet Juice
1 tsp Salt
Tortilla press or rolling pin
Griddle or pan
- Turn on the griddle to medium heat.
- Mix corn and salt together.
- Pour in the fresh beet juice.
- Mix together with a bowl scraper or spatula.
- Roll into individual palm-size balls.
- Place balls in between food safe plastic and flatten with a tortilla press or a rolling pin.
- Place onto the griddle for about one and half minutes on each side or until the edges curl up.
