1980s Italian Cream Lacquered High-Back Dining Chairs (Set of 6) – In the Style of Pietro Costantini. Make a striking, glamorous statement with this rare set of six 1980s Italian high-back dining chairs, crafted in the expressive, shell- or palm-inspired style of Pietro Costantini. These sculptural Postmodern chairs feature dramatically carved backrests in a warm, high-gloss cream lacquer finish. Each chair has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new foam cushioning and upholstered in a luxurious vintage velvet zebra print fabric, balancing bold pattern with soft neutral tones.  The chairs are structurally sound and sturdy, with fresh cushioning and upholstery. The high-gloss cream lacquer exhibits age-appropriate surface wear and cracking throughout, along with noticeable lacquer loss at the top crest of one chair.
