In this provocative series of sculptural miniatures, Mill Valley-based artist Ondrea Vicklund reimagines antique telephone bells as an intimate canvas for the feminine form. By applying delicate oil portraiture to the domed, industrial surface of reclaimed metal, Vicklund creates a sharp, tactile dialogue between mechanical utility and the vulnerability of the body. Each piece functions as a bold "composite moment" that celebrates anatomical presence over the cold, historical function of the bells.
