We offer this fantastic mosaic and brass pitcher designed by Salvador Teran in excellent vintage condition.  Highly graphic quality to this slightly surrealistic work.
Salvador Teran: Born in Taxco, trained with William Spratling at el Rancho "Las Delicias", then from 1939 worked with his cousins Los Castillo at their taller before moving to Mexico City and setting up on his own there at “La India Bonita” in 1952.  He is  well known for his mosaic pieces, trays, wall hangings, coffee sets and boxes, and jewelery. Usually brass with brightly colored glass tesserae inlaid in modernist and pre-Columbian inflected designs.
