2.5"H x 5"diam
These charming porcelain bowls date from the late Qing dynasty (1644-1912), likely from the Guangxu period (1875-1908) or possibly the late Tongzhi reign (1862-1874).
The bowl features a painted scene of figures in traditional clothing within an outdoor setting, reflecting a casual and somewhat less formal style typical of late Qing porcelain. Its loose brushwork and bright, muted colors are consistent with pieces produced during this era. Such themes of traditional dress and outdoor settings were commonly depicted in Qing dynasty porcelain. A minor hairline crack to one of the bowls. Wear consistent with age.
