34”H x 21”W 24”D Seat: 17”H x 16”D
A beautiful hand carved Victorian parlor chair. Completely re-upholstered with the same original frame and original wood casters on the front legs. Brought back as a fantastic conversation chair. A modern take with double welting and a blush pink chenille. New springs and cushion. A new chair with Victorian craftsmanship. Excellent, like new, condition.
Fun fact: While there have been notes of wheels and caster-type developments dating back to Ancient Egypt, the first patented use of casters was in 1876. David Fisher first invented casters as furniture movers that would allow one man to do the work that previously required many.
